1. Welcome to Happy Life System Academy (HLSA)!
1.1 Introduction
These Terms of Service govern your use of the products and services (including all features, functionalities, content, and software) provided by Fun Shui Game Systems, LLC d/b/a Happy Life System Academy (“HLSA,” “we,” “us,” “our”) through our website located at https://thelaurenmagers.com, our other websites, and our mobile and software applications (collectively, the “Services”). The Services include access to our membership programs, educational content, Skool community, and coaching designed to help parents raise thriving, world-ready kids.
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY, AS THEY GOVERN YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
1.2 Modifications to Terms of Service
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at our discretion. Changes will be posted on this page with the revision date updated, and we may notify you via the Services, email, or other reasonable means as required by law. Modifications take effect 14 days after posting, except for legal or new feature updates, which are effective immediately. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Additional terms may apply to specific Services and will be posted accordingly.
1.3 Privacy
HLSA respects your privacy. See our Privacy Policy for details. By using the Services, you consent to our collection and use of personal data as outlined therein.
2. Access and Use of the Services
2.1 Use Description
The Services and content are for your personal, non-commercial use to support your family’s growth. With your HLSA membership purchase (e.g., $5,500 one-time or installment plan), we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services, including streaming content and community features. This license may be revoked at our discretion—upon revocation, destroy all downloaded materials. No public use is permitted.
2.2 Your Registration Obligations
Registration may be required for full access. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information. If under 13, you’re not authorized to use the Services. If under 18, use requires parental/guardian approval. Data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
2.3 Member Account, Password, and Security
Never use another’s account or share your login. You’re responsible for all activities under your account and must keep your password secure. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use or breaches, and log out after each session. We’re not liable for losses from your failure to comply.
2.4 Modifications to the Services
We may modify or discontinue the Services (or any part) with or without notice. We’re not liable for such changes or for retaining your data beyond legal requirements.
2.5 General Practices Regarding Use and Storage
We may set limits on data retention and storage. We’re not responsible for deleted data or account termination due to inactivity. Limits may change at our discretion.
2.6 Mobile Services
Services may include mobile features (e.g., content access, community updates). Carrier charges may apply. By providing your phone number, you consent to calls/SMS from us or our service providers for support or billing, using autodialed/prerecorded messages. Update your number if it changes to avoid misdelivery.
2.7 Refund Policy
All purchases are final. Due to the nature of our digital programs, coaching, and membership access, no refunds are provided under any circumstances, including partial payments or unused time. By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree that all payments made to HLSA are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Exceptions are only made if required by applicable law.
3. Conditions of Use
3.1 User Conduct
You’re responsible for all content you upload (e.g., forum posts). We may investigate and remove content or terminate accounts for violations, reporting to authorities if needed. Don’t use the Services to:

Upload infringing, illegal, harmful, or spam content.

Disrupt services, violate laws, or impersonate others.

Harvest contact info or advertise without authorization.
We reserve rights to enforce this.
3.2 Fees
Membership requires payment in full or an approved installment plan. Payment processing and financing options are managed by third-party providers (such as Klarna, Affirm, or Afterpay), and financing terms or eligibility are determined individually by those providers. You authorize us or our payment partners to charge the selected payment method until your balance is paid in full. Prices and offerings may change at any time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of any new pricing.
3.3 Recurring Subscriptions
For recurring plans, you authorize automatic renewals or continued billing according to your selected payment method. If payment fails, we may bill, suspend access, or request updated payment information through our third-party partners. Refunds follow Section 2.7. 3.4 Special Notice for International Use; Export Controls
Services and data are subject to U.S. export laws. Don’t download or export in violation. Comply with local laws regarding use.
3.5 Commercial Use
Use is for personal family growth only - no commercial display, distribution, or resale without written permission.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
4.1 Service Content, Software, and Trademarks
Services contain protected content and software (our property). Don’t modify, copy, or reverse-engineer—license is revoked if breached. HLSA name and logos are our trademarks—use requires written consent.
4.2 Third Party Material
We’re not liable for third-party content. We may remove objectionable material at our discretion—you bear risks of use.
4.3 User Content Transmitted Through the Services
You retain rights to your uploaded content but grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use it for HLSA purposes. Submissions (e.g., feedback) are non-confidential—we may use them freely. We may preserve/disclose content for legal reasons.
4.4 Health and Medical Disclaimer
HLSA provides general parenting and wellness guidance, not medical advice. Consult a healthcare provider before exercises or practices. You accept risks—we’re not liable for injuries.
4.5 Copyright Complaints
Report infringement to info@thehappylifesystem.com with:

Your contact info, statement of good faith, and signature.
4.6 Counter-Notice
If content was wrongly removed, send a counter-notice with: signature, content ID, statement of mistake, and consent to California jurisdiction. We may restore content after 10–14 days unless a court orders otherwise.
4.7 Repeat Infringer Policy
We terminate repeat infringers at our discretion.
5. Third Party Websites
Links to third-party sites are for convenience - we don’t endorse or accept liability for them. Dealings are your responsibility.
6. Social Networking Services
Logins via social platforms (e.g., Instagram) enhance your experience. We access shared data per our Privacy Policy—third-party policies apply. We’re not liable for their actions or content.
7. Indemnity and Release
You indemnify HLSA against losses from your use, content, or violations. California residents waive Section 1542; others waive similar statutes.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Services are provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific results, or error-free operation.
9. Limitation of Liability
We’re not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Maximum liability is the lesser of $100 or the fees paid by you in the past six months. Local laws may apply.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations or inactivity, with no liability. You agree to immediate deactivation upon termination.
11. Disputes Between Users
You are solely responsible for interactions with other users. Fun Shui Game Systems, LLC has no liability for disputes but may, at its discretion, become involved.
12. General
These Terms represent the full agreement, governed by California law. Disputes (not subject to arbitration) shall be filed in Los Angeles County courts. Claims must be filed within one year of occurrence. Assignment of rights requires our consent. Notices will be delivered via email or mail.
